Some of the people who wanted this new theory to be abolished tried different tricks to stop the reproduction of his books, boycotted his interviews and public appearances. Aldo diSorbo was never intimidated by them believing that those interested in what he knows, will come to him. The most controversial of the attempts to stop him was the one in which several 'religion-historians' accused him of forgery, bringing to the public obscure witnesses that affirmed Aldo stole money from the Boy Scouts when he was a child.
